We are looking for a responsible roommate to rent in our three bedroom two bath home in Mesquite, Texas. The rent includes all utilities including high speed internet, cable with all the movie channels, phone with unlimited nationwide long distance, ect. We are very easy to get along with and  very responsible.The available room has a bathroom located right next to it. There is a washer and dryer available inside the house. Our roommate will have access to all common areas of the household. We have extra storage space available in our garage if needed. We keep a very clean and tidy household and would prefer somebody who also keeps things tidy. We both work fulltime jobs and prefer somebody who is also employeed.
